We Meet with You to Discuss your Project
Our owner, Bud Zegel, or our Project Manager Mauricio Fajardo meets with you to go through your home improvement project and all the necessary services that will be required. We offer a comprehensive list of painting and home improvement services, but also have a network of experienced tradesmen to assist in any repairs or additions. We discuss a schedule and time estimate that will get us in and out of your home as efficiently as possible, while still giving you the wonderful service we are known for.
We Provide Help Choosing Paint Colors and Finishes
We help you select paint sheen and finishes, but know that you have a vision for your home that you will be proud to show off to family, friends, and neighbors. We have Color Consultants that work with you to help create a space that you will love. Our Color Consultants will create a custom color palette that fits your decorating style and will help give your space a professional, finished appearance.
We Carefully Prepare your Home
Everyone knows the foundation of every great paint job involves prepping the house before primers, paints, and stains are applied. We know the types of damage your home experiences as we've worked in homes in this area for almost 30 years. On exterior jobs we use a pressure washer to remove all the dirt, mold, and mildew. We can also pressure wash your driveway and walkways and apply aggregate sealing, as well as offering deck and fence staining. On interior jobs, from scraping and sanding to caulking and sealing, we use the right techniques with the right products to ensure your paint job will last and protect the surfaces of your home. We also never paint over problems we may find. Our prep processes will uncover any damage or rot and we can perform minor drywall repairs or bring in our carpenter for more complicated ones.

We are licensed and insured for any services we provide. We are meticulous about protecting your counter tops, furniture, floors, and valuables with heavy duty plastic and tape, and ensuring that no drips or property damage occur. Our employees are trained thoroughly to work at heights and with hazardous chemicals with safety measures and protective equipment. We know how to protect ourselves, your family and your home from any damage.
We Communicate Simply and Thoroughly
We communicate with you consistently from start to finish. From the estimate to the finished job, and any questions after the job is done, we update you regularly on what we have done, how things are progressing, and what will happen next. You will communicate with our estimating team on the front end to provide a timely cost estimate and schedule for all services, and then our project manager will walk you through the updates and finished work.
We Respect Your Home and Family
We know that inviting strangers into your home for several days is a risk. We screen our employees carefully and never use subcontractors to come in to your home. If we don't trust them and know them well enough to be in our own home, we would never send them to yours. We show up when we say we will, and respectfully address your questions and concerns.
We Deliver our Services as Promised
When it comes time to pay your invoice for a substantial home improvement, no one likes to find it is more than they were quoted. We create a detailed proposal with a fixed price for the work we will be doing, with an estimate for the time it will take. The price we give you is the price you pay. If unforeseen circumstances require changes to the scope of work we provide, we will discuss the changes with you and agree on a new price and estimate prior to the additional work being performed. We know you are trusting us with your home, and we will deliver accurate, timely services for the price we promised, no exceptions.
